Terms of sale
Last updated: October 2, 2026
1. Who we are
These terms govern purchases of full access to Postpartum Recovery Compass (the "App") from Manu Nova, trade name of Manuel Antoni, sole proprietor, 138 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris, France, SIREN 528 592 843, phone +33 9 72 19 11 35, hello@postpartum-recovery-compass.com (the "Seller"). Full details are in the legal notice. By buying, you accept these terms.
2. What you buy
Before ordering, you can read the free part of the App (weeks 1 to 6 and the red-flag guide) to check it suits you. These terms can be saved or printed from your browser.
The App is a web application that runs in your browser and can be installed on your phone. Weeks 1 to 6, the daily log, the checklists and the red-flag symptom guide are free. The one-time purchase ("Full access") unlocks:
- weeks 7 to 52 of recovery insights, tailored to your birth type;
- the detailed self-care guides for each symptom area.
Full access is personal and non-transferable. It is not a subscription: there is no renewal and no further charge. It includes later updates to this content for as long as the App is offered.
The App is offered to customers outside the province of Quebec (Canada).
The App gives general educational information. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, does not tell you what to do about a symptom, and does not replace your doctor, midwife or nurse. When you log a symptom that public guidance lists as a warning sign, the App shows that guidance; it is information, not an assessment of your situation.
3. Price and payment
Full access costs US$29, paid once. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees. Payment is made by card through Stripe, which processes your card details; the Seller never sees them. The order is final once Stripe confirms the payment. You then receive, at the email address you entered, an invoice from Stripe and an order confirmation that restates these terms, the price and your waiver of the right of withdrawal.
4. Access
Access starts immediately after payment, on the device where you paid. On another device, use "I already paid" in the App: a sign-in link is emailed to the address used at checkout. Your journal and logs stay on your own device (browser storage) and are not backed up by the Seller: use the App's export feature to keep a copy.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Full access is digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access starts (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 13°, and article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
6. Refunds
If you have a problem with your purchase, email hello@postpartum-recovery-compass.com with the email used at checkout. If a refund is granted, access to the paid content is removed.
7. Availability and warranties
We do our best to keep the App available and accurate, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (French Consumer Code, articles L224-25-12 and following). If the content does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
8. Liability
The App supports, but never replaces, professional medical care. If you have a worrying symptom, contact your provider or emergency services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
10. Complaints and applicable law
For any question or complaint, write to hello@postpartum-recovery-compass.com. We will reply within 7 days. These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
